ESCAPE FROM PRISON CAMP

Press Association WELLINGTON, Sunday. Thomas Joseph Lowry, who was serving three years’ reformative detention for theft at Dunedin, escaped from the Wi tako prison camp, in the Wellington district, at the week-end. The man, who is a labourer 29 years oLage, is sft lOin in height, dark complexioned, with dark hair and blue grey eyes. His right ankle is deformed and he walks with a slight limp.
