STRUCK BY WINCH-HANDLE
(From Our Oivn Correspondent) TAURANGA, Thursday,
Mr. N. Scantlebury met with a painful accident yesterday while working on the Public Works dredge on the Judea River. The handle of the winch struck him on the arm and shattered the bone just above the elbow. Mr. Scantlebury had just recovered from an accident on the same dredge a few weeks ago when he had a number of teeth kocked out by the handle of the winch.
