AMERICAN PRIESTS RETURN FROM SYDNEY

PARTY ON MAHENO A party of five American delegates to the Eucharistic Congress were among the passengers who arrived in Auckland by the Maheno this morning. There was also a party of seven Auckland nuns, returning after taking part in the ceremonies in Sydney. The American group was conducted by Mr. G. A. Colnett, who met a party of 16 Canadian delegates at Auckland on August 13, and accompanied them to Sydney, after a tour of New ZealclThe officials of the Roman Catholic Church who returned to-day will visit Rotorua and other resorts, afterwards proceeding to Sydney, where they will sail on October 9.
