EMPIRE GAMES IN 1930

ONTARIO VENUE CHOSEN FEDERATION FORMED (United Service) TORONTO, Wednesday. The manager of the Canadian Olympic track team, Mr. M. I. Robinson, returned from Europe to-day. He said a British Empire Sports Federation is to be created, and the inaugural games will be held at Hamilton, Ontario, in 1930. Ml* Robinson said it was hoped to hold'annual Empire sports meetings Definite pledges to send teams in -939 had been secured from sports officials in every section of the Empire. The decision to form the federation was -cached at a conference in London. This was attended by officials of Briish New Zealand, Australian, and South African amateur sports bodies.
