MAUI POMARE REPORTS. Advice received by Spedding, Limited, states that the Government motor-ship Maui Pomare is expected to arrive at Dunedin to-morrow from Apia, Samoa and Niue Island. Coming North the vessel calls at Lyttelton and Wellington, and is due at Auckland on September 27. She is scheduled to sail from Auckland on September 29 for Norfolk Island.

PAKEHA AT NAPIER.—The. Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Pakeha arrived at Napier yesterday - from Wanganui and leaves to-night for Waikokopu, thence Auckland, to fill up for Home. She is due here next Monday, and is announced to sail finally from this port on September 29 for London, via Montevideo and Teneriffe. L. D. Nathan and Company will act as the local agents. PORT HUNTER REPORTS. According to a radio' message received by the Farmers’ Co-operative AuctioneeringCompany, the C. and D. Line’s steamer Port Hunter is expected to arrive in the stream _at Auckland on Sunday morning from New York. The vessel has 1,700 tons of general cargo for discharge at this port before proceeding to Wellington, Lyttelton and Dunedin to complete. GALLIC TO COMPLETE. L. D. Nathan and Company has been advised that the White Star steamer Gallis left Gisborne at midnight for Auckland, where she is due at 6 o’clock to-morrow morning to complete her loading. She will probably berth at the Central Wharf At daybreak next Wednesday, September 26, the Gallic leaves Auckland for New York Boston, Halifax, Avonmouth, Glasgow and Liverpool, via Panama. RAVENSCAR DUE MONDAY. Henderson and Macfarlane have been advised that the steamer Ravenscar, which arrived at Wellington yesterday from the Red Sea short of coal, leaves- there today for Auckland, and is due here on Monday. The vessel has a full cargo of phosphates from the Red Sea for discharge at Auckland and Wellington. The Ravenscar is owned by the British Dominion Steamship Company, Rochester, and her tonnage is. 4,109 gross. Her former name was the Pathan.

MAUNGANUI DUE MONDAY.—From San Francisco, Papeete and Rarotonga, the Union Company’s Maunganui is due at Wellington at 6 a.m. on Monday. The vessel will leave again at 3 p.m. the following day for Sydney. m THE POOLTA. —An arrival at Sydney yesterday morning was the Union Company’s steamer Poolta with timber from Westport and Greymouth. She will complete discharge at Newcastle, later loading for Southern ports in Australia.

MATAROA FROM HOME. —The Shaw, Savill and Albion Dine steamer Mataroa is to leave Southampton next Wednesday with passengers, mail and cargo for Welington. She is due on November 3.

AORANGf LEAVES SYDNEY. At 4 o’clock yesterday the Union Company’s R.M.M.S. Aorangi left Sydney for Auckland, where she is due on Monday morning. The liner is scheduled to sail again at 11 a.m. next Tuesday for Suva, Honolulu, Victoria and Vancouver.

NIAGARA FROM VANCOUVER.—The local office of the Union Company advises that the R,M.S. Niagara, which left Vancouver at noon last Wednesday via ports for Auckland and Sydney is due here on October 8, and may possibly sail the same day for the New South Wales port. SYDNEY STEAMERS.—The Ulimaroa leaves Wellington at' noon to-<lay for Sydney, and the Maheno and the Mararita both clear Sydney to-day for Auckland and Wellington respectively. All th£ three vessels are due at their arrival ports next Tuesday morning.

RIMUTAKA LEAVES PANAMA. —A cable* message to the New Zealand Shipping Company reports that the -Rirautaka arrived at Panama last Sunday from Dondon and Southampton, and sailed again on Monday for Auckland, Dunedin and Nelson. The vessel is due at Auckland on October 10.

ANTONIO REPORTED.—AIthough no wireless advice has yet been received from the steamer Antonio, from Morocco, the master of the Devon, which arrived, from Diverpool on Wednesday, reports having passed the Antonio near Pitcairn Island. It is expected that the Antonio will reach port within the next few days. Henderson| and Macfarlane, Dtd., are the local agents. KAITANGATA FOR WALPOLE ISLAND. —The local office of the Union Company has been advised that the Xaitangata, from South Australian ports via Melbourne and Dunedin, left Lyttelton at 5.30 p.m. yesterday for Wellington and Auckland. She is due here on Monday, and, after discharge here, proceeds to Walpole Island via Noumea to loftd for this port and another New Zealand port not yet announced.
