HUGE MEETING OF MAORIS BULLOCKS ON BILL-OF-FARE (From Our Own Correspondent) KAITAIA, To-day. Ratana arrived at Kaitaia last evening and. is addressing a huge concourse of , natives at Pukepoto to-day,
thousands having congregated from all parts of the North. A “Kapa Maori,” with several roast bullocks is prepared, and natives are at present sitting in a huge circle on a hill listening to the “prophet,” who will speak several times during the day.
