PRINCE OF WALES TENNIS, CLUB
The annual meeting of the Prince of '>alea Tennis Club, Mount Albert, was held last evening, Mr. Alfred Addisou presiding over a large attendance 01 members.
Moving the adoption of the report ana balance sheet, the president congratulated the club on its very successai first year’s operations, the financial P°*ition being satisfactory and the number of playing members having Fe l ched the total of 74. x The following officers were elected: Mr. Alfred Addison; vicePresidents. Mr. H. G. Adams, Mr. C. H. and Colonel White; club captain, A. C. Stead; vice-captain Mr. Hussecretary and treasurer, Mr. C. Adams, during the evening Mrs. Stead presented the club with two trophies for competition in combined doubles events. The president, on behalf of the members. presented the secretary with a
handsome walking stick in appreciation of his services during the past season.
