LONDON, Sept. 12. Sir‘ Oswald Stoll, the well-known theatrical manager, has formed a company with a. capital of £2,190,000, to consolidate the theatrical and cinema interests with which he is associated throughout Britain. Sir Oswald Stoll is managing director of the Coliseum Syndicate. Ltd., manag-ing-director of the Alhambra Theatre, the Stoll Picture Theatre (Kingsway), Ltd., the Manchester Hippodrome and Ardwick Empire, Ltd., Hackney and Shepherd’s Bush Empire Palaces, Ltd., Leicester Place, Ltd., Chatham Empire Ltd., Chiswick Empire, Ltd., Stoll Picture Productions, Ltd., and St. Augustine’s Parade Hippodrome (Bristol), Ltd. Sir Oswald was born in Melbourne in 1866.
