WHA T GOES ON A T RAND WICK IT is incredible that at Eandwick, the biggest racing - centre in the Southern Hemisphere, incidents of foul riding, as recorded by one Sydney writer, should be allowed to go on practically unchecked. Incidentally, the reproduction of conflicting views on the suspension of M. McCarten will be read with interest.
