OFFICERS FOR YEAR THE SUN CONGRATULATED (Special to THE SUN) NELSON, To-day. Delegates from all over New Zealand attended the eleventh annual conference of the Motor Trade Association, which opened to-day under the joint presidency of Mr. J. H. Ashton, retail section, and Mr. E. Reynolds, wholesale section. Delegates were welcomed by the Mayor, Air. W. J. Moffatt. Mr. W. \V. Snodgrass. M.L.C., and Mr. L. Montgomery, president of the Nelson Branch of the association. The Mayor said that there was tragedy behind his pose, as he was an ex-coachbuilder welcoming the motor traders, who had placed his business in the discard. Before consideration -was given co

the remits, Mr. Ashton, retiring* president, welcomed The Sun’s motoring writer, and congratulated The Sun on its progressiveness and the great interest it had always shown to motorists and the affairs of traders.
