NOTES AND COMMENTS PROVINCIAL ACTIVITIES BUSINESS AT EPSOM A handsome well-proportioned youngster is the two-year-old daughter of Peter Moko and Peggy O’Neill, which is in W. Nightingale’s Onehunga stable. The filly, which is now the property of Mr. W. W. Faulder, is a straightout trotter and, although she has only visited Epsom three times, conducts herself with the airs and graces of a more matured aspirant. There is nothing wrong with her style, and as for healthful appearance and general condition, young Peggy is a credit to her mentor. Luck Still Out The trotting mare. Lady Ena, who was being worked with a view to competing at the Northlands meeting, recently met with an accident, which will throw her back again. This is another slice of misfortune for Hill Bros., as the First Voyage mare had wintered well and looked like coming to hand early. A nice-looking youngster, by Peter Moko from Whispering Dell, dam of the promising pacer Mount Dell, in the same stable has been given to H. Mitchell, owner of the Blue Mountain King filly*
