NEW DREDGE FOR DUNEDIN
Press Association DUNEDIN, Monday. In connection with the construction of the Otago Harbour Boards new dredge Otakou, finance was discuss™ at a meeting of the board this arternoon. The chairman. Mr. H. L. Molier, reported that satisfactory negotiation had been concluded with a Lond house for the £125,000 required to meet the cost of the new dredge. Tho negotiations of the committee were confirmed and the . authorising motions in connection w iu the completion of negotiations, tn issuing of the required debentures ana tho creation of the sinking funds a counts were passed.
