Miss Margaret Rainger returned to town to-day after a holiday in Huntly. * * * ! Mrs. W. A. Oliver and Miss Kath- | leen Oliver, of Hamilton, are visiting Auckland. j Mrs. Wyn Gray, of Hamilton, is staying with her mother, Mrs. Bull, in j Mount Eden. Mrs. B. B. Wood has returned to Christchurch after a visit to Auckland and Rotorua. * * * Mrs. L. B. Gilfillan, who has been in Auckland for a short holiday, has returned to Hamilton. Mrs. C. Brunette, of Hamilton, is visiting her mother, Mrs. J. W. Thompson, of Mount Albert. Mrs. Robertshaw, of Auckland, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. T. A. Burtenshaw, in Hamilton. Mrs. Mahoney, of Auckland, is in Hamilton, where she is the guest of her sister, Miss C. Wallnutt. * * * Mrs. C. A. Campbell, who has been visiting Rotorua, has returned to her home in Victoria Avenue. * * * Archdeacon and Mrs. Evans returned to New Pylmouth at the weeek-end from a visit to Auckland. Mrs. P. Hoare, of Auckland, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. G. H. Stephenson, of Frankley Park, New Ptymouth. * * * Mrs. A. Murray, of Christchurch, who' has been the winter months in Auckland, has returned to the South. Mrs. W. W. Snodgrass, of Nelson, is on a visit to Auckland, where she is the guest of her daughter, Mrs. C. Buff, of Cheltenham. * * * Miss M. V. Gibson has returned to Christchurch from a visit to Auckland, where she was the guest of her sister, Mrs. F. Talbot. Staying at the Central are Mr. and Mrs. T. Wilson, of Wellington, Mr. and Mrs. W. McMillan, of Wellington, and Mr. and Mrs. G. Waldegrace, of Kaiteiki. * * * Mrs. E. H. B. Milsom, of Auckland, who has been staying in Wellington, has gone to Christchurch to pay a short visit to her sister-in-law, Mrs. C. Ollivier, Glenelg, St. Martins.
