SERIOUS CHARGE
YOUNG MAN ACQUITTED
FOR SENTENCE ON MINOR CHARGE
A young man, whose name was suppressed, was acquitted on a serious charge at the Police Court this morning. On a further charge of making a false declaration in order to obtain a certificate of marriage, accused pleaded guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence. Bail was allowed in one surety of £SO.
