CLAIM FOR DAMAGES MANAGER AND SOLICITOR AT LAW / Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. A company manager and a solicitor were involved in a motor accident on the morning of Sunday, July 22, at the intersection of Hereford Street and Oxford Terrace. Details of the smash were given in the Magistrate’s Court to-day when Charles Phipp Agar claimed £99 damages from William John Stacey*, solicitor. Defendant counter-claimed for £l2O 15s. The parties each alleged that the other had driven negligently and at an excessive speed. Both parties were nonsuited.
