PRISONERS SENTENCED
Press Association WELLINGTON, Friday. The following prisoners were sentenced by Mr. Justice Smith in tne Supreme Court to-day:— , William Patrick Leary, assault ana causing actual bodily harm, tnrce years in the Borstal Institute. Patrick Ernest Furlong Collin, indecent assault on a male and an indecent act with intent to insult offend, nine months’ gaol. f Thomas Christian Jensen, breach his probationary licence, reformati detention not exceeding two years.
