REASON FOR NUMEROUS PENALTIES Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, To-day. In an interview, Mr. C. E. Morgan, manager of the New South Wales Rugby touring team, said that most of the side were new to big football. This was the reason why so many penalties had been given against the team during the tour. Only five or six of the players had represented New South Wales before the present tour, and there were only three who had toured the Old Country last year in the present team. Naturally, all the younger members were anxious to do well and were perhaps a bit over keen.
