LOST HIS PARISH
WANDERING clergyman APPEAL TO THE BISHOP (Australian and y.Z. Press Association) Reed. 11.5 a.m. LONDON, Thursday. The Rev. F. Hutchinson, rector of Doddinghurst, Essex, who mysteriously disappeared and turned up in Canada, has cabled to the Bishop of Chelmsford from Canada, expressing a desire to resume his duties in Doddinghurst parish, but pointing out that he had no funds for the. return journey. The parishioners appealed to the
Bishop to permit Mr. Hutchinson to return, but he announced that his decision to appoint a successor was irrevocable.
