BITUMEN FOR TAWA FLAT ROAD
(Special to THE SUN) WELLINGTON, Wednesday. Alternative tenders called recently for paving Tawa Flat Road and Ngahauranga Gorge Road with bitumen or concrete brought forth four tenderers for bitumen and two for concrete. The lowest bitumen tender has been accepted subject to the approval of the Main Highways Board.
