EVERYBODY’S
“THE GOOD-BYE KISS” “The Good-Bye Kiss," one of the most interesting films of the year, will head the new programme to be presented at the Everybody’s Theatre this evening. “The Good-Bye Kiss” is a nine-reel comedy-romance filled with love, laughter, heart throbs and thrills. It is one of Mack Sennett’s special productions and greater than either "Mickey” or “Molly O,” and is being released by First National Pictures. Sally, who lives 1 in a small Long Island village, meets her friend Bill on the street, with a group gathered about an itinerant photographer. They are in love, but have scarcely awakened to the fact. He is going to France, *so they have their pictures taken together on a motor-cycle. Johnny, the original half-crazy lad, drives up’ in a dilapidated buggy hitched to a cantankerous horse, with his girl, “Toots,” the village flirt. Just as they stop the flashlight goes oft and the horse runs away. Bill, with Sally still in the side seat of the motor-cycle, gives chase. He succeeds in stopping the horse just as it is about to cross the tracks in front of a speeding express. Sally tells him how brave he is, but Bill says it’s nothing. The second attraction this evening will be “The Little Adventuress,” a rich comedy of conjugal errors. Vera Reynolds and Victor Varconi are the principal players in this story of a hardened bachelor who forgot his vows when The Girl crossed his path.
