ONEHUNGA’S TRAM SERVICE.— “I wonder why the City Council provides as good a service to Onehunga as it does,” said Mr. W. C. Coldicutt, Mayor of Onehunga, last evening, “considering that often, in the daytime, a car goes past with only one or two people in it. . The borough is well treated except at rush hours—and that is not serious.”
