Mr. Coates’s Message
Press Association CHRISTCHURCH, to-day. Squadron - Leader Kingsford Smith received the following message from the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates: "On behalf of the Government and citizens of New Zealand, I convey to you and your companions our heartiest congratulations upon your great achievement. "Wellington was delighted to have had the opportunity of seeing you this morning. My colleague, Sir Heaton Rhodes, will tender you our personal felicitations.
