At the Royal are Mr. and Mrs. G. Blackhan, of Timaru. Mrs. W. Symes is a visitor from Wellington to Auckland. Miss G. M. Don, of Wellington, is a guest at the Albert Hotel. * * * Mr. and Mrs. j. R. Roscoe, of Wellington, are visiting Auckland. Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Bailey, of Melbourne, are staying at the Hotel Cargen. * * * Mrs. G. W. Wilton, of I-luapai, is visiting Auckland, and is staying at Arundel. Miss Molly Wright, of Christchurch, is in Auckland, and is the guest of Mrs. R. Fraser, Parnell.
Mr. and Mrs. Tom Heeney arrived by the Aorangi last evening and are staying at the Grand Hotel.
Mr. and Mrs. H. W. Collins, of London, and Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Morrison, of Rotorua, are staying at the Central Hotel.
Mrs. B. B. Wood, of Christchurch, is in Auckland to meet her father, Sir Joseph Ward, who returned by the Aorangi last evening.
Miss Elsie Wylds, of Palmerston North, who has been visiting her sister, Mrs. Wyndham Beere, of Mount Eden, has returned home.
The Rev. E. C. Crosse, headmaster of Christ’s College, and Mrs. Crosse, returned from abroad by the Aorangi last evening. They will go South this evening - .
Mrs. C. A. Fraer, of Christchurch, who led the New Zealand delegation at the Women’s Pan-Pacific Conference at Honolulu, returned by the Aorangi last evening.
LLady Myers, Miss Eileene Myers and Mr. Kenneth Myers arrived from London, via America, by the Aorangi last evening. They are staying at the Grand Hotel.
Mrs. E. Denton Leech, of Dunedin, returned by the Aorangi last evening. She was the representative of the New Zealand League of Nations Union at the Women’s Pan-Pacific Conference at Honolulu.
Mr. E. G. Skeates, Mayor of Birkenhead, and Mrs. Skeates, who have been on a holiday to Honolulu, returned to Auckland last evening by the Aorangi.
Miss Heni Scott and Miss Alice Scott, of Christchurch, who have been on a 15 months’ holiday to the United States, Canada and Honolulu, returned by the Aorangi last evening.
