DRIVER INJURES SHOULDER CALLOUS MOTORIST FAILS TO STOP (From Our Own Correspondent.) PAPATOETOE, To-day. While Mr. Jim Andrews, a Maori, who resides at Wiri, was driving a light car along the Great South Road at Wiri yesterday afternoon, another heavy car travelling in the same direction, in trying to pass hit his .car and turned it upside down. The driver of the other car did not stop, but is said to have increased his speed. He disappeared before his number could be taken.

Mr. Andrews’ left shoulder was dislocated. He was attended by Dr. J. J. Valentine, of Papatoetoe.
