Furniture Burned. —About 10.30 on Saturday evening a quantity of furniture stored in a sited at the back of a house at 3?oint Chevalier, owned by Miss Margaret Newman, was destroyed by fire. The house w’as unoccupied at the time. The furniture was insured for £2OO in the New Zealand Government Office.
