WORRY' FOR MORALISTS The public morals inspectors of the Osaka Police Department, Japan, -re concerned over what action to take to stop the fad of tattooing that has spread among young girls. They view it as one of the tricks of modern vouTh, and are looking for a law under £hich they can suppress the “immoral I:o The' fad started with the dancing -iris, but lately office girls, waitresses and high school girls have taken it up. One dancing girl had peonies ou her back and on each arm were ascending and descending dragons. Decorations among waitresses weie found to be tattooed eyebrows, while some stenographers had red hearts on their ears. High school girls, tho police reported, had names of favourfte actors and symbols of secret societies engraved indelibly on their arms.
