BADMINTON AT NAPIER CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES Press Association NAPIER, To-day. The New Zealand Badminton championships finals were played here last evening. Results: ' Men’s Singles.—Kelly (Auckland) beat Dart (Auckland), 17—14, 15—10. Women’s Singles.—Mrs. Hetley (Napier) beat Mrs. Dart (Auckland), 11—8, 11 — 1. Men’s Doubles.—Meredith and Wilson (Wanganui) beat Dart and Langguth (Auckland), 15—2, 15—5. Women’s Doubles.—Mrs. Hetley and Mrs. Harvey (Napier) beat Mrs. Dart (Auckland) and Mrs. Gardiner (Napier), 15—8, 15—6. Combined Doubles.—Dart and Mrs. Dart (Auckland) beat Kelly and Miss Elliott (Auckland), 15—11, 15—9. Next year’s championships will be held in Auckland.
