Choicest salted New Zealand, 180 s to 184 s. Exceptionally fine, 186 s to 190 s. Australian, 180 s. Cheese is firm. New Zealand white, 112 s to 114 s; coloured, 110 s to Ills. Australian white and coloured, 108 s to 109 s.
