BATHS CONTROL
MR. CHAMPION IN FULL CHARGE By a resolution passed last evening the City Council decided to put Mr. M. Champion, of its staff, in full charge of all the city baths. Mr. Champion will be responsible directly to the town clerk, and will be under the control of tlie Parks Committee.
