THE FLYING SQUAD.—The Commissioner of Police (Mr. W. B. Mcllveney) forsees that with the growth of rapid transport methods the Police Department will soon have to have at its command a fleet of highpowered motor-cycles to assist it in its work of detecting and preventing crime.
