The following resolution was passed, a copy of which is to be sent to the headmaster: “This committee regrets that a function was held in Birkenhead recently for the purpose of raising funds for the Junior High School, without any reference having been made to the school committee, and requests that all future public functions held for raising funds for the school must first be sanctioned by the committee.”
