Obituary

MR. DAVID KERR

Mr. David Kerr, who died at his home in Rosebank Road. Avondale, on Sunday, at the age of 80, was born in County Tyrone, and came to New Zealand in the sailing ship Carisbrooke Castle 53 years ago. Since that time he had lived continuously at Avondale. Mr. Kerr is survived by his wife, five sons and two daughters. There ore nine grandchildren and 18 great-grand-children.
