LONDON COURT ISSUES MAINTENANCE ORDER HUSBAND IN AUCKLAND (United P.A.—By Telegraph — Copyright) (Australian and N.Z. Press Association) LONDON, Tuesday. The London Police Court has made a maintenance order in favour of Mrs. Emily Mary Dunne, of Clapton, for £3 10s a week for herself, and 10s weekly fer her son, aged 15, against her hus'rand. Michael Dunne, of Auckland. Evidence was given that the parties were married in 1599. Dunne went to West Africa in 1923. The claimant’s son is living in Cornwall, and met a New Zealander, through whom lie ascertained that Dunne was employed at Auckland in (he Public Works Department. His former employers told his wife that he had earned sufficient in West Africa to enable his retirement. The court’s order will be sent .to New Zealand for confirmation or variation, after Dunne has made a statement.
