STORMY TASMAN

NO WEATHER FOR FLYING Press Association WELLINGTON, To-day. The message from the Government Meteorologist to the Sydney Meteorologist and Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith to-day is that conditions are very disturbed over the Tasman Sea, with strong northerly to westerly wind?.generally, reaching full force of a gale in places. Unsettled weather is increasing, with northerly winds and wet weather setting in over New Zealand. Very unsettled weather conditions, are expected for the next two or three days. The weather is still unsatisfactory, and it is unlikely that the Southern Cross will leave to-day; but it is likely she will leave to-morrow.

Lieutenant Keith Anderson, who hopped off for England to-day, was forced back by the gale.
