FIRST TIME IN HISTORY 14 MASSES DAILY AT SEA (United P.A.—-By Telegraph — Copyright) SYDNEY, Tuesday. On the voyage of the Marama to Sydney from New Zealand 14 Masses were celebrated each day for the 487 pilgrims from the Dominion to the Eucharistic Congress. The piano was used as an altar. Mlta Taupopoki was the outstanding figure among the 200 delegates who arrived by the Maheno. This is the first tiifie the Maori race has been represented at a Eucharistic Congress!

The death has occurred of Monsignor Bourke, Vicar-General of the Diocese of Rockhampton, aged 54, who was visiting Sydney for the Eucharistic Congress. He became ill suddenly on Sunday.
