Coach and Passenger Vehicle drivers while on duty (excluding any driver intoxicated at the time of the accident) shall be deemed fare-paying passengers and any person whose fare has been paid or is paid by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger; and the expression “fare" Includes any cash remuneration or hire money.)
