Coach and Passenger Vehicle drivers while on duty (excluding any driver intoxicated at the time of the accident) shall be deemed fare-paying passengers and any person whose fare has been paid or is paid by another person shall also be deemed a fare-paying passenger; and the expression “fare" Includes any cash remuneration or hire money.) (3) £250 If the subscriber shall be killed or dies as the result of injuries received while entering or alighting from any stationary tram, train, steamer, ferry or vehicle mentioned in clauses (1) and (2).
