RELIEF WORK TO CEASE

(Special to THB SUN) WANGANUI. To-day. Owing to lack of contributions, the Wanganui Unemployment Relief Committee has been forced to disband the men on relief work. The Mayor, Mr. W. J. Rogers, said the fact that the committee was ceasing its activities was no indication that unemployment was at an end. The position is now as bad as it was earlier in the winter.
