STORM CAUSES FAILURE (From Our Own Correspondent.) OPOTIKI, Tuesday.
The electric lights at Opotiki failed again this evening, the town being thrown into 'darkness, which was heightened by a severe thunderstorm, during which there were displays of remarkably vivid lightning.
