NEW HIGH SCHOOL
APPROVED FOR PUTARURU The establishment of a district high school at Putaruru from the beginning of 1929 has been approved by the Minister of Education. The Auckland Education Board has been authorised to arrange for temporary accommodation of the secondary department. Permanent accommodation, including provision for science instruction, will be provided when the department is certain the secondary department will be a success.
