Boat-owners at Devonport who pulled up their boats on the point east of Duder’s Wharf will have to be ready to move their craft early this season. Yesterday morning the Devonport Borough Council started a gang of 12 men making a park of the area. The borough has adopted a comprehensive scheme of improving the waterfront, and boat-owners will not be permitted to haul up their boats just where they fancy after this season.
