(Special to’ THE SUN) WELLINGTON. To-day. Judging from reports reecived by his officer, Mr. J. B. Foster, United States Trade Commissioner in New Zealand, believes that economic conditions in New Zealand are better than they have been for the past three years. There are unusually large shipments of American motor-cars on the water for New Zealand. “There is going to be a heavy increase in motor sales in New Zealand in October,” Mr. Foster said yesterday. “Dealers will probably have the best period between October and April next that they have had since 1925. Imports of cars from America will certainly be heavy this season, that is. during the ensuing four months.
