DANCE PARTY

On Saturday evening Captain and Mrs. Hammond, of Masefield Avenue. Herne Bay, were the host and hostess of a most enjoyable dance, given for their son, Masefield, and his friends. Mrs. Hammond, wearing a frock of black georgette and shawl, received her guests. The dance-room was decorated with coloured streamers, and in the supper-room the table was say with spring flowers. Mrs. H. Hammond. black frock of georgette. Mrs. C. Pawson, black velvet and gold trimmings. Miss Kathleen Aicken, green floral taffeta. Miss Phyllis Aicken, blue and silver frock. Miss J. Aicken, blue, with tinsel silver trimming. Miss Una Perkins, night blue marocain. Miss Dulcie Koller, green georgette and shawl to tone. Miss Kathleen Hammond, black chenille. Miss Thelma Hammond, leaf green taffeta and shawl. Miss Leila Newcombe, black georgetto with uneven hem. Miss Phyllis Rikys, apricot frock with shawl to tone. Miss L. Shaw, hyacinth blue marocain. Miss Joyce Grainger. mauve taffeta and flame shawl. Miss Rita Hammond, black georgette and velvet. Miss Mollie Meinhold, white, with oriental trimming. Miss Thelnia Curnow, pink taffeta with silver tirmming.
