OTAGO LEAGUE TOURISTS

EASY WIN AT WESTPORT FINE KICKING BY ECKHOFF JPreas Association WESTPORT, Saturday. A Rugby League match in Victoria Square to-day, between Otago and Buller, was won by the former by 38 points to 10. The weather kept fine, but the ground and the ball were greasy from heavy early morning rain. For the visitors tries were scored by Woodhouse, Cameron, Cussack and Clydesdale, three being converted by Eckhoff, who also kicked a penalty goal. Goodall scored for Buller and Longstaff kicked a penalty goal. In the second spell Otago added 18 points and Buller 5.
