Dr. Seipel is now in the happy position of reporting the completion of Austria’s restoration, and will thank tite League for its generosity and for its well-applied aid. Dr. Seipel will seize any opportunity to show, that Austria is entirely disarmed, and that her sole ambition is to serve in the cause of peace.
