Letters from Beggars and Suitors Avalanche Millionaire Widow

THE millionaire, Lady Houston, widow of the late shippings magnate, is bewildered at receiving an avalanche of begging letters from all over the world. She said: “The letters are written in every language, more especially German. Investigations prove three in tour to be impostors. This avalanche is a weariness of the flesh.” Photographs of men offering marriage constantly arrive.
