AUCKLAND CITY MISSION The “Babylon to Bethlehem” series of lantern lectures by tlie Rev. Jasper Calder will be continued at the service of the Auckland City Mission in the Hippodrome Theatre on Sunday evenThe lecturer will deal with “The Grandeur that was Rome,” including her imperialism, her republic, her monuments and her religion and laws. As an offertory solo Mr. Rex Hart will sing “A Dream of Paradise,” and before the service the orchestra under Mr. Burnnand will play selections.
