REFORM AT KAIAPOI

NEW NOMINATION LIKELY ( Special to THE SUN) CHRISTCHURCH, Friday. It now seems likely that Mr. J. W. Beanland will secure nomination as Reform candidate for Kaiapoi. Mr. F. G. Horrell, who was chairman of both conferences of Reform supporters in the Kaiapoi electorate, has received a letter from Mr. L. B. Evans, of Kaiapoi, requesting that his name be withdrawn from the contest. It has now been decided to hold a further conference of Reform supporters on Wednesday, when the altered situation will be discussed.
