Russians Wreathe Coffins of British Submarine Crew

Reed. 11.45 a.m. RUGBY, Thurs. Forty bodies of the crew of the submarine L 55, which was sunk in the Baltic nine years ago, were brought from Kronstadt on board the British merchant ship ' Truro and will be transferred on Friday morning to the British cruiser Champion, which arrived at Reval to-day to receive them.
The Soviet authorities are placing wreaths on the coffins, and are providing a military guard of honour at the port. The Champion is expected to arrive at Portsmouth next Wednesday, when the bodies will lie in state at Port Blockhouse, the headquarters of the submarine flotilla. Full naval honours will be accorded.
