Garland, M.L.C., arrived from Wellington this morning by the Limited. N The Hon. G. W. Russell, who has been visiting Auckland, left for the South last evening by the Limited. Captain H. S. Hilton arrived from Wellington this morning by c the Limited. Mr. .T. K. Lowe, district engineer, Auckland Railways, left for Rotorua this morning.* Mr. J. H.
