(15) £lO if as a result of an accident above described the subscriber shall fracture a leg above the ankle, or an arm above the wrist, or shall sustain a broken jaw or collarbone. CHILDREN’S ACCIDENTS (16) £5 will be paid to the parent whose name appears on the registration form in the event of an accident to his or ner child over the age of 6 and under the age of 16 years causing broken arm above the wrist or broken leg above the ankle, providing such accident is the direct result of one of the aforementioned and defined accidents and does not occur during employment. Tn the event of such happening the said sum of one thousand pounds shall be paid pro rata. (i) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident happening while the subscriber Is carrying another person or riding upon a luggage or pillioncarrier of a cycle or motor-bicycle. (j) That no compensation shall be payable for any accident sustained while the subscriber ts in a state of Intoxication or resulting from suicide or attempt thereat, an overdose of drugs, insanity war. riot, or civil commotion. (k) That In the event of any dispute between the subscriber and THE SUN as to whether such disablement render the holder temporarily or totally unable to follow his or her usual vocation, it is agreed that such dispute shall be referred to the decision of a medical referee to be nominated by THE SUN, whose decision shall be binding upon the parties (l) That the wife or husband of a Home Delivery Subscriber ordinarily residing with him or her shall be deemed to be a Home Delivery Subscriber for all the purposes of the coupon (m) THE SUN reserves the right to amend or terminate this offer at fourteen days* notice, such notice to be published in THE SUN.
